These terms are between ZonoLead ("we", "us"), and the organization that signs up for ZonoLead ("you"). By creating an account, you accept them on behalf of your organization, and you confirm that you are allowed to do so.
The service
ZonoLead captures leads from your forms, systems and spreadsheets, assigns them to your team, tracks response times and reports on the results. Features marked "Coming soon" on our website are not part of the service until we release them.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and what they do in your account. Keep sign-in details private, and tell us at once at info@zonolead.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
Acceptable use
Use ZonoLead only for leads you are allowed to collect and contact. Don't use it to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, to break the law, or to probe, overload or get around the security of the service.
Your data
The leads, contacts and notes you put into ZonoLead are yours. We process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy and on our security page. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your leads and to contact them.
Fees
ZonoLead is free to start. When paid plans launch, we will publish their prices and tell you before any charge applies to your account. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep ZonoLead available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or an outage at one of our providers. We improve ZonoLead continually: features may change, and we will tell you before removing one you rely on.
Ending your account
You can stop using ZonoLead and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; unless the law or a security risk prevents it, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
When your account is closed, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days. After that we delete it, except anything the law requires us to keep.
Warranties and liability
ZonoLead is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will meet every need of your business or be free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost opportunities, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for ZonoLead in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ZonoLead changes. We will tell your account's admins by email at least 30 days before a significant change takes effect, and change the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use ZonoLead after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we can't, the courts of Kenya will decide the dispute.
